SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers towards the community.

SASSA might be rendering services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed with regards to the high quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated website Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your large amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no fully functional office devoted to service the area on a regular basis. The provider stage made for intervention encounters a large influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it hard for your office to attend to all people who stop by a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to allow the servicing of all clients and raise access to Social website Assistance products and services,” the agency said.
